What is included in the Meatcutter Pre-Apprenticeship Program?

  • 8 online e-learning modules

  • 2 On-line Discussion Classes

  • 3 In-Person Sessions including a Knife Skills Class, Graduation & Job Fair

  • 3 Homework Assignments

  • 1 On-line Interview Skills & Resume Workshop
