This 6-week program will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to get a job in a retail grocery store Meat Department and prepare you for the Meatcutter Apprenticeship.

  • 8 online e-learning modules

  • 2 online discussion classes

  • 3  in person sessions including a Knife Skills Class, Graduation & Job Fair

  • 3 homework assignments

  • 1 online Interview Skills & Resume Workshop

Register for an Online Information Session!
Information Sessions start at 5:30pm and typically run 45-60 minutes in length. They provide comprehensive information regarding the program with plenty of time to answer your questions.
Participation in an Information Session is required to apply!
