Frontline Manager
Leadership Development Program

This program will bring together Frontline Managers from a variety of Town & Country Markets departments and stores. The classes will provide a structured learning environment to draw upon the experience of the participants who will help each other understand and implement best practices of leadership and avoid pitfalls as they lead their in-store teams. The program will add to their skillsets with resources like The New One-Minute Manager. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of how their work fits into the operations of their store and how Town & Country Markets fit into the overall structure of the retail grocery industry in our region. Finally, participants will design and implement a capstone project to put into practice what they learn.
