Evan Woods he/him
Executive Director
Evan is the founder and CEO of Olympic Analytics, a research consulting firm that has completed dozens of projects for non-profits, unions and government agencies. He has also served as a researcher for SEIU and UFCW, consulted for the International Labour Organization and World Bank, and taught Economics at three colleges and universities.
Ariana Davis she/her
Engagement Director
Ariana has been a voice for working people for over 18 years as a Union Representative, Political, Community and Cannabis Organizer. Lead signature gatherer and citizen sponsor for initiative 1433, to raise the minimum wage and grant paid sick leave to all workers in Washington State. She has contributed to multiple successful grocery/retail bargains and campaigned in Missouri to overturn "right to work for less" laws. She is excited to continue her advocacy at WeTrain and within the community she serves.
Megan Williams she/her
Apprenticeship Director
Megan comes to WeTrain Washington with over 10 years of experience as a K–12 educator and campus assistant principal. She ran multiple programs to increase student achievement, improve teacher instruction, and build relationships with the community. She is excited to expand the impact of WeTrain apprenticeship programs and grow external partnerships.
Kelsey Crow she/her
Program Coordinator
Kelsey joins WeTrain Washington with several years of coordination experience in both the retail and technology industries. Her experience in customer service goes hand in hand with her desire to make an impact in this role. She is excited to support the apprenticeship programs as they continue to grow and evolve.
Lindi Eriksen she/her
Office Manager
Lindi brings nearly 10 years of administrative coordination experience to her role at WeTrain Washington. Having successfully led initiatives to refine office operations, her expertise will help to foster communication and productivity while ensuring a positive environment. She is eager to contribute to WeTrain’s growth and establish smooth operations as a team.

Sean Embly he/him
President
Sean has been the president of the WeTrain board since 2023 and is the Chief of Staff for UFCW 3000. He has enthusiastically pursued learning more about the benefits of Workforce Development and Training to both workers and employers. Seeing workforce development as an opportunity to create more meaningful fulfilling careers for workers and more effective and profitable businesses that may better serve the communities, they operate in.
Kristina Storm she/her
Vice President
Kristina is currently the Processing/Packing Division Director at UFCW 3000. She is honored to be part of the WeTrain Board and is so inspired by the impactful work already being done by WeTrain. She is really excited about creating better opportunities for members and for communities through education and training.
Rigo Valdez he/him
Board Member
For more than 28 years, Rigo has dedicated his life and career to organizing workers. Currently, Rigo is a founding member and is on the Executive Board of OUTreach (UFCW LGBTQ+ Caucus), a member of the Executive Board of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), is an Executive Board member at, WeTrain Washington, and is a Commissioner on the Los Angeles County, Immigrant Protection and Advancement Taskforce.
Lynne Dodson she/her
Board Member
Lynne believes WeTrain can be THE northwest training center for workers in UFCW industries. All workers should have the opportunity to find a career path that uses, and fairly compensates, their multiple skills. WeTrain can help codify UFCW members existing skills, get recognition for them so they are better compensated, and provide career pathways for jobs in UFCW industries.
Tammi Brady she/her

Tammi has worked for Teamsters 38 for 23 years. As a Union Representative, she is so excited to watch WeTrain grow into life changing opportunities for Union members.
Tom Lambro he/him
Board Member
As the Political & Legislative Director at UFCW 3000, Tom's day job is to advocate for worker safety and workforce development. He has successfully passed legislation at all levels of government to help make the lives of working people better. In addition to his role at UFCW 3000, he is the elected President of the King County Labor Council and an elected member of Public Hospital District for Valley Medical Center in Renton.
Glenn Scott Davis he/him
Board Member
Glenn's grandfather was a founding member and board chair of the original New Haven, CT Food Co-op in the late 1920s; his father was an active UFCW grocery worker for many years in the 1970s and 1980s. Glenn's first job in 1969 at the age of 17 was as a grocery clerk and UFCW member. He hopes that the lessons he has learned in his career as a leader in the field of worker education contributes to the success of WeTrain and helps to improve the quality of jobs and lives of today's and future grocery workers.
Pete Lamb he/him
Board Member
Pete's first Union job was as a member of UFCW as a courtesy clerk in Lakewood, WA at 14 years old. As a proud 25-year Teamster, his goal for WeTrain is to help provide strong opportunities for members to create transformational change in the community.
Joe Solorio he/him
Board Member
Joe is a dedicated activist and organizer who has been championing the rights of union workers for the past 12 years. He comes from the rank and file of UFCW 3000 having spent 5 years in Produce as a clerk and a Shop Steward. Through his various roles at UFCW 3000, Joe has been instrumental in mobilizing, training, and mentoring workers from multiple industries. He is now one of the Division Directors for UFCW 3000 and is excited to continue his activism as a part of the WeTrain board.
